How we work

Concept to measurement, without three separate vendors

We design the idea, build the set in our own shop and run it on site. One creative team and one workshop, same address.

Concept and creative direction

Territory, visitor journey, and the moments people will photograph. We start from your brand platform, not from a template we reused last quarter.

Built in our workshop

Sets, kiosks, furniture and dressing produced in Pointe-Saint-Charles. Prototypes you can see and touch before the final build.

Impact measurement

Footfall, dwell time, product trials, content generated and coverage earned. A numbers-based report within ten days of the activation closing.

Activation formats

Three ways to make your brand something people enter

In a storefront, in a venue or on the street — the format follows the objective, never the reverse.

2 – 10 days

Immersive brand experiences

Sensory journeys, projection, spatialized sound and interactivity. Visitors move through the brand instead of looking at it on a banner.

50 – 400 guests

Product launch events

A staged reveal, media area, hands-on trial space and a content corner. Journalists and creators leave with images they can publish that night.

Pop-ups and storefronts

Site search, permits, fit-out, brand ambassadors and strike. A working pop-up on the Plateau or downtown, run end to end.

“The pop-up was meant to run ten days and stayed six weeks. Product trial beat our target by 40% and we captured 4,800 pieces of organic content.”

FAQ

What brand teams ask us

A weekend activation with a fabricated set starts around $35,000. A four-to-six-week pop-up including site, staff and content generally lands between $90,000 and $250,000. Quotes always separate concept, build, site and operations.
Yes, very often. Your agency keeps the brand platform and the message; we take feasibility, fabrication and on-site operations. We can also own creative direction end to end if you have no agency on the file.
Completely. Public-space occupancy, temporary signage permits, fire compliance, insurance and borough relations. This is the slowest part of any project: allow six to eight weeks for a street-level activation.
We agree the indicators before opening: footfall, dwell time, trials, sign-ups, content generated and media coverage. On-site counting, digital forms and social listening, all delivered in a report within ten days.
Yes: bilingual ambassadors, trained on your messaging and dressed to your identity. We handle recruitment, scheduling and daily supervision for the full run of the activation.
